LD940 Material Management System

CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITIES

bulletImprove machine productivity
bulletConfirm the accuracy of information originating from other sources in a plant, such as weighbridges or production machinery
bulletIdentify excessive machine down-time
bulletHelp identify material shrinkage
bulletEliminate cost of manual transcription of data
bulletCross check invoicing to a customer or billing from a supplier
bulletIdentify peak loading patterns to determine machine and operator scheduling
bulletSchedule machine maintenance based on workload
bulletManage product inventory

The possibilities are endless...

LOADRITE - THE TOOL FOR INCREASING YOUR PROFITS

In a typical operation, the loader driver will "plug-in" the Data Module to the Loadrite Weigh indicator at the beginning of the shift. The module remains there until the end of the shift and is then returned to the office where the data can be "up-loaded" using the Material Management System (MMS) software. Reports can then be run to determine total production, etc. Once "up-loaded", the module is ready for use again. The data is automatically saved on the computer's hard disk.

The MMS software enables a variety of reports to be generated so that the payload data can easily be displayed and analyzed.  for further data analysis or manipulation, reports can be printed or exported to Microsoft Word© or Excel©. Note: all payload data is stored in an Access© database.

The LD940 MMS comes with reporting tool software.  A technician knowledgeable with your computer must be present during set up.

Many customers purchase an extra module for their MMS so that when they drop off one module to the office they can pick up the module that is ready-to-go for the next day.  This practice also gives the computer operator more flexibility with their work schedule.
